Australis Support was created because we believe support should feel human and respectful. Based in Southern Tasmania, we focus on taking the time to understand each person so they feel listened to, valued, and supported to live life on their own terms.

Our values are simple and strong. We believe in walking beside people, not in front of them. We focus on empowering individuals to make choices that reflect who they are, while building confidence and independence in everyday life. Our approach is warm, practical, and shaped by real connection with the people and communities we support.

Our team is made up of qualified, compassionate staff who share a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. We take the time to get to know each person—what matters to them, how they like to be supported, and what goals they want to pursue. Every support plan is shaped around the individual, because no two people are the same.

We also take quality and safety seriously. All staff undergo comprehensive screening and onboarding, including NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Vulnerable People Checks, along with ongoing training and supervision. We operate in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct, child safety standards, and all relevant state and national regulations.
